Guns Without Roses

It's a small mechanical change but big in gameplay so I'm incrementing the second number.

• ADDED: Config to reduce knockback inflicted by bullet damage, by default it's -90% (huge but deserved nerf mostly to shotguns and gatlings)
  • Note: this won't affect bonus knockback such as Punch enchantment (if you enable it in the config) or By Powder and Steel's Caliberries; but it's still reduced in practice because those are added to the base knockback
