Adds a gunpowder recipe to IC2.
Recipe requires:
5x Coal Dust (C) , 4x Redstone (R)
-> 2x Gunpowder
Layout is:
CRC
RCR
CRC
I haven't tested this in prior versions of IC2, but it'll probably work.
Will make vanilla version on request.
