Creates a late game multi-tool that is very over-powered so the recipe is balanced.
Adds a very over-powered very endgame multi-tool that has a ballanced recipe, that requires you to find "Raw Gull" that is smelted and crafted into blocks and an item called "TheBeforeState" whitch looks like a green nether star (is not). Put these items together to craft a sword pickaxe and axe al requiring there type of netherite tool to create. Once created you need to make the "Staff" which is needed for a special item that is used to make the "Four In One" in which is the whole point of this mod.
