Added: White list sticks. Apply changes directly to the whitelist with green(on) and red(off) setting sticks
Added: whitelisting to unowned protections. You can now set specific blocks as breakable in unowned land.
NOTE: This version is only in beta because the protections rework that came with the whitelist sticks may have broke certain protections. This is basically a release candidate barring any obvious protection gaps.
