-Added Guard's Helm ability! (Reduces view for all illagers by 50%!)

-Added cape physics for 1.12.2! (which is even better than 1.13!)

-Fixed the spawning of guards! (they no longer invade the entire building and instead only spawn at staircases of the mansion, so beware! They are limited!)

-Fixed the drops of the Guard's helm, apparently they never rarely dropped upon death. Whoops.


-Guards have been fixed so they would only spawn in mansions if it has generated.
