Added a range of equipment related to space exploration

Space Elevator: Similar to that in GTNH, it has 12 (expandable to 24) external expansion slots, allowing players to independently complete mining or research tasks.

Satellite System: A series of satellite-related equipment and machines are added, enabling players to monitor satellite status through multi-block systems and utilize satellites to complete GregTech tasks.

Space Telescope: Capable of observing various planets, it consumes computing power to complete planetary research.
