Nullflare:
- Increased neutral base damage: 4 -> 5
- Decreased neutral damage scaling: spellpower * 6.0 -> spellpower * 4.5
- Max Range: 14 -> 12
- Mana cost: 160 -> 260
- Recast Duration: 15s -> 10s
- Damage per stack: 75% -> 85%
- Now does not damage without elemental combo (this removes the 5 damage/cast regardless of combo)
- Now shows Ice and Fire Nullflare Blast damage separately instead of calculated base damage
- Range is now only increased with spell level (capped to 12 on max)

------------------v2.5.5 - Hotfix----------------

- Fixed Aerial Collapse causing a critical client crash when used on a player in a specific setup

- Blackout nerf
Movement damage: 5 > 3
Anti-magic placeable field duration: 15s > 12s
Direct debuff duration: 5s > 1.5s
Duration is capped and no longer affected by spellpower buffs
Block placing is enabled while inside blackout
Lingering effect after leaving anti-magic field: 1.5s > 3s (this is a compensation to the fact that block placing is enabled, otherwise people can build a 2-block tower and they are safe instantly)
