added knife blade material type
centered most of the tool head textures
made scythes and knives actually take damage when breaking tfc plants
added torch map to torch placement behaviour so modded torches can be added to it
added a material tag for limiting what materials a mortar can be made from.
recipe duplication errors will only be spammed inside a dev enviroment now
fixed materials not getting fully removed from TypeMaterialTag
refactored some rendering code related to hatches and pipe covers
fixed gem block textures being incorrect
