What's new
Item labels: dropped items show their name and stack count, colored by rarity. Labels fade with distance, hide behind walls and hide with F1.
Label filter: blacklist or whitelist which items get labels.
No-pickup list: never pick up items you don’t want (singleplayer / LAN host). Press J on a dropped item or in your inventory.
Valuable item highlights: rare items and items you choose glow in their rarity color through walls, and a chime plays when they drop nearby.
Settings screen: press O or use Mod Menu. Vanilla-style options with tooltips, plus searchable item pickers for every list.
