1.0 Release of Grit!

Fixes:

 - Buttons/levers/other small things are no longer able to be placed on the campfire and sawblade

 - Sawblade has redstone connecting to it in proper directions now

 - You can now light the campfire with flint and steel

 - The campfire now does not function so well under water

 - Fixed crash with putting hides on the campfire

 - Probably some more that I forgot, its been a long day of bug fixing
