Added

[+] Recursive crafting, right click on an ingredient to recursive craft the item.

[Example: If you want to craft a Piston, and need planks but have logs, right click the planks in the ingredients list to craft those logs into planks.]

[+] Optional craft timer for pack developers, require different recipes to take a certain amount of time to craft. Complete with a crafting queue.

Fixes

[*] Fixed not being able to wrap around the craft count when it's at the max value.
