Change the appearance of vanilla armour, tools and weapons at a new smithing table

What's new
Shields can now be transmogged, with a shield for every set. Pan's Chosen weapons and tools redrawn. The hotbar now shows an item's transmog name. Dark Lord templates take netherite scrap instead of ingots. Transmog items no longer show up twice in vanilla creative tabs.
