GregTech Rating Config

GT Rating Config is a lightweight add-on for GregTech CEu Modern that lets you tune transfer rates
without any coding or scripting everything is controlled from a single `.toml` config file
using global multipliers.
 
> 💡 Conveyor and pump covers have a maximum rate hard-coded per tier in GregTech,
it cannot be changed via KubeJS or a datapack. This mod finally makes it possible, cleanly.

Fluid pipes :  Scales the throughput (mB/t) of every fluid pipe material.
Item pipes :  Scales the item transfer rate of every item pipe material.
Conveyor Module (cover) :  Scales the maximum transfer rate of conveyor modules.
Pump Module (cover) :  Scales the maximum transfer rate of pump modules.
