Greek Worship
Welcome to Greek Worship.
To get started with the mod create a Divine Shrine and get to praying, for each prayer you'll gain devotion and have a chance at receiving a simple quest.
The player with the top devotion for any god will become that god's apostle and receive their abilities. (Note that you must have at least over 150 devotion to become an apostle)
I won't be listing the active abilities here but each god has three.
Passives:
Poseidon - Water Breathing for normal followers, Dolphins grace and Conduit Power for apostle
Zeus - 50% fall dmg reduction for normal followers, 100% for apostle
Hades - Healing on kill, buffed for apostle
Hermes - Stepping up blocks
Hephaestus - Every time you craft a tool or armor piece, there's a minigame that allows you to improve that tool.
Artemis - Stronger bow shots
Ares - None, apostle is strong enough that he doesn't need one imo.
Apollo - You receive an alert if a player gets close to you.
Demeter - You are unable to trample farmland, for apostle all crops nearby actively grow much quicker, and crops are replanted upon harvesting them.
Dionysus - Upon drinking honey you receive a random potion effect.
Aphrodite - Mobs that hit you get stunned, players that hit you get extremely brief weakness.
Athena - Each person attacking you at once gives you 10% damage reduction, capped at 50%.
