Climb&descend with ease! With configurable speeds! FORGE & FABRIC!

Comes with json configuration:

1. Ascending speed factor

2. Descending speed factor

3. If the player needs to be going forward to ascend, or simply look up to ascend

Note: the fabric version is more performant, as it uses mixins.
