NEW: Added removal of the Armor Toughness mechanic, rebuffing armor to be as strong as it used to be prior to Minecraft 1.9. Armor will now always reduce the same percentage of damage taken regardless of the strength of the hit taken, assuming the feature is turned on in the mod's config.
FIX: Tipped Arrow tooltips are now in sync with the potion tooltips and the "Old Tooltips" feature in the mod's config!
