Removes an accidental hard dependency on JEI and improves the recipe features. Recipes were missing for no apparent reason.
JEI is now "aware" of the Goo load and will complain lightly on world loads that it's slow (50ms~ at vanilla, 2000-ish items. Load times are expected to increase linearly for Gooable objects)
Adds Goo Entity hit effects to `Goo and You` so you can read up on what goo does to creatures in the [Patchouli] book.
