Goo

Updated to support several changes in Aequivaleo that fix a ton of evaluation/analysis issues Goo had.
More things have values, and values are more accurate.

This Aequivaleo version also now supports stonecutter and smithing recipes.

    That means stairs are no longer overvalued for an exploit loop, and netherite tools should now be supported [along with mods that might add eligible recipes in the smithing table].
Also this version adds the ability to tag equivalencies in your datapack with "forbidden" goo, which prevents you from solidifying them but lets you melt them for their value.
