Golden Dandelion Backport Mod

Backports the newly added Golden Dandelion, a flower that permanently pauses the aging of baby mobs when fed to them. Backport will be for versions 1.12.2 and onwards.

- Added checks for creative mode and spectator for if the flower should be consumed
- Currently sets entity age to the start of the cenozoic era
- Added logging text, non invasive, to tell when an animal has been golden dandelion'd
- Added golden dandelion sounds from 26.1 minecraft update on use, and on unuse
- Made sure that using food items to speed up baby speed will have no effect if they are golden dandelion'd
- A check for the offhand is done now, to see if you are holding a golden dandelion there. Both hands can be used now
