Golden Seeds
Ever wanted to make a huge chicken farm without your server crying? Golden Seeds lets you do exactly that.
Golden Seeds are a new item that can be crafted with 8 Gold Nuggets and 1 Wheat Seed. Feeding a chicken a Golden Seed reduces its egg-laying cooldown and disables its pathfinding, keeping chickens from constantly moving around and wasting resources.
The effects stack, so you can keep feeding chickens more Golden Seeds to make them lay eggs faster. With enough Golden Seeds, a chicken can reach a 1 second egg-laying cooldown.
The goal of this mod is to make large egg farms less annoying to build and less painful for your world or server to run. No more hundreds of chickens wandering around just to make an egg farm work.
