Adds a cheaper, slightly weaker Golden apple alternative made with nuggets which gives you the Gilded apple!
Enables you to craft an easier and cheaper golden apple variant that only need an apple, surrounded with 8 gold nuggets ; gives half the effects of a Gapple (Regen, Absorption, etc) while still being a great addition for the game, giving players a much needed ( and budgeted) heals to last longer in intense battles while maintaining it as vanilla as possible!
