Because it's so powerful, it’s meant as a last-resort tool: when facing bosses, raid-level enemies, or world-ending threats. A normal fight might not allow using it (or it might not be cost-effective). But in the climactic battle, the Enchanted Apple is your key to surviving otherwise insurmountable odds
