Fixes & Changes:

- Fixed Bouncy Bubble recipe not working.

- Fixed Lich ambient sound server-client crash

- Fixed Player's Fire Tornadoes not being powered by Potency enchantment

- Fixed Viziers spawning Irks despite not taking any damage.

- Fixed Thunderstorm spell only visually have their size increase but not actually.

- Fixed(?) Void Rifts absorbing their owner's projectiles and servants.

- Improved Radius enchantment effect on Haunted Skulls.

- Command Horn range is now configurable.

- Heretics can now summon Hellhounds.

- Whisperers, Redstone Golems and Monstrosities will no longer attempt to play their walk animation when hurt while they're not on their idle animation.
