Goety - The Dark Arts

Had to reupload to fix major bug!

Fixes & Changes:

- Redstone Cube can accept certain blocks from their owner and would start detecting any nearby blocks of the same type by glowing yellow and emitting a sound, the closer they are, the brighter/louder it gets. Can only find the exact block its right clicked on. Feature can be disabled on goety-mobs.toml.
- Wearing Frost Robes will cause Necro Crown and Cape to change textures to be similar to Cairn Necromancer's attire. Can be disabled on goety.toml.

- Reduced Redstone Monstrosity volume.

- Reduced Redstone Monstrosity's Max Spit Range from 2048 to 32.
- Nerfed Whirlwind spell ascending.
- Properly fixed Purify Buffs/Debuffs.
- Fixed Vanguard Thrall ritual summoning a normal Skeleton Servant instead.
- Fixed Wraith funky invisibility bug when under the effect of Ender Ground
- Added several missing subtitles translations
- Improved Void Rift ambient sound.
- Dyes no longer count for capacity in brews.
- Lich's Night vision are toggleable now. Replaces Lich Kiss ability.
- Fixed Witch's Hat not actually giving fuel to Witch's Robe when in Moonlight.
- Fixed Warlock Robe giving extra Snap Fungi from full grown Snap Warts if player is in Creative
- Fixed extra Tunnel Hole pertruding from the 3x3 tunnels made by Tunnel Focus.
- Expanded default Village Soul Energy taken to all mobs that have Merchant, Npc and ReputationEventHandler and VillagerDataHolder interfaces.

Additions:

- New Brews: Part Water and Part Lava. Catalyst for former is an empty bucket, a cauldron for the latter. They can be affected with duration.
- Evil Eye Brews. Evil Eye causes monsters to periodically spawn near the affected. Forbidden Grass blocks are the catalyst.
- Aquatic and Fire Proof brew modifiers.
- More brew compat with Born In Chaos, Aether, and Iron Spells and Spellbooks
- Added Soul Fire variants for Braziers.

- Added ownerHitKill config.

Added a compatibility feature with L_Ender Cataclysm where, if installed, would reduce Terminus Scrolls chance of being in End City chests from 0.16% to 0.01% chance but would guaranteed to be dropped by the Ender Guardian.

"Why Ender Guardian instead of Netherite Monstrosity? Its a scroll that allows you to make a Monstrosity yourself!"

First, it makes the Scroll locked behind 2 Bosses instead of one (Unless you just ignore the Ender Dragon and go through 1000 blocks to the outer end), second, it fits the name of the scroll (Terminus = Final/End). Can be disabled through goety.toml.
