Fixed Lazethyst-blacklisted foci not being able to be placed in rituals.

Masteries updated to Goety latest version (wind-storm crowns and geo items).

Added Chinese (ZH_CN) translation thanks to Ur-Tsar the Glorious.

Other small fixes.

While checking the items from the mod, you may notice there are items for a vampire-themed expansion of Goety.
At the moment, that part is incomplete and you should ignore everything about it.
