The Goatman has been reborn! This Horror mod adds a goat man that roams your world. If you spot him, He will start chasing you. He has a ram attack that can launch you into the air. So if you are exploring your world, beware of the shadows, Goatman could be behind every corner.
There is a config command /goatmanconfig that allows you to change spawning, speed, health, and smoke effect. (spawn time 1 second = 20)
Now if you want to fight him, you can craft the goatbell. When you ring it, the Goatman will appear ready to face your challenge!
