GN: Core

The official foundation mod for Gamers-Nirvana Minecraft projects.

GN: Core is a lightweight utility and configuration mod designed to provide shared functionality across the Gamers-Nirvana Minecraft ecosystem.

Developed as the foundation for GN: Powercore and future GN projects, it aims to simplify modpack customization, improve consistency, and provide a centralized system for managing shared features.

Features

Customizable Crafting Recipes

GN: Core includes a flexible recipe management system that allows supported vanilla crafting recipes to be customized through a configuration file.

Three recipe modes are available:

• VANILLA – Keep the original Minecraft crafting recipe.

• MODIFIED – Replace the original recipe with a custom recipe variant.

• DISABLED – Completely disable the crafting recipe.

Recipe Variants

Supported recipes can offer multiple crafting variants, allowing modpack creators to select their preferred crafting requirements.

Recipe definitions and available variants are automatically detected from the mod's resources.

Easy Configuration

Recipe settings are managed through:

config/gncore-recipes.toml

This allows modpack creators to customize supported recipes without manually editing Minecraft datapacks.
