What's new

- Added glowsquid arrows!
- These new arrows can be fired underwater with no physics penalty. When they strike mobs, they impart a glowing potion effect, and when they hit blocks, they place an illuminating splatter of glow ink.

- Also added glowing potions that can be brewed with glow ink sacs.
