Improved optimization so the mod no longer checks what mods are installed each resource reload, and instead only checks when the client is launched.

Added the ability to change global default and per block emissive brightness.

Changed the mod to work standalone, so 3rd party emissive mods are no longer required. This has the added benefit of not requiring as many files, reducing mod size and improving resource loading.

Updated resource pack version to: 1.103.0
