Mediumcore is a mod made for the Glopt's RPG modpack but can be used separately.

📖 DESCRIPTION

Mediumcore is a mod that aims to make Minecraft a bit more merciful compared to hardcore mode, it reminds you that dying is alright, but too much and consequences begin to apply.

Mediumcore is deactivated by default, you get an item at the start of the world, Arm of Despair, you can use that to activate Mediumcore, it can be deactivated with the Stone of Tranquility, you can see how to craft these using JEI.

⭐️ MECHANICS

• Mediumcore allows the player to die 3 maximum times without any consequences, accompanied by a custom death sound, a red outline also appears and intensifies depending on the amount of deaths.
• When the player has their 4th and final death, Mediumcore completely activates.
• Every death will decrease your maximum health by 1 until you reach none, you then get turned into spectator mode.
• If you want to regain your world, you can do /resetdeaths
