Update Glitch Touch mod v1.0.2.3 - 1.20.1 Forge

- added for Fire Charge item to change from water to ice
- added for Snowball item to change from lava to magma
- added XP level for Glitch XP bar
- added for Glitch Feather item to make the Glitch Player throw a player or other entity with that item up on top of him

- added sound and particle for Glitched Iron Sword
- added sound for Fire Charge if player change from water to ice
- added for Glitch Shears item to not shear a sheep entity
