Added Glass Cutters.
They are a tool made with vanilla materials, Cobblestone, Wood, Iron, Gold, and Diamond, that can harvest glass or (ice) as if they have silk touch.

The Glass Cutters function by taking advantage of Forge's new Loot Modifier system. Any item added to the item tag glasshole:glass_cutter will be able to harvest any Ice, Packed Ice, or Glass material as if it had silk touch.
