Minimum percentage and minimum durability value can now be configured. The warning sound will play when durability is below both.

Also, the mod sets the window title to your username and the name of the server you're playing on. This can be turned off in settings. If you like having more than 1 MC instance open, for example a local creative game and another on a server, this makes alt-tabbing much easier. When playing a local game, the window title will say "username on local server"; when playing a remote game, the name of the server as shown in your server list will be used. Unfortunately, there seems to be no way to find out the server name with "direct connect", so the mod uses "Minecraft server" in that case.
