Cross-world persistence toggle — a new config option to control whether ghost slots remain saved across worlds and servers (disabled by default)

Fixed 
Armor quick-move (Shift+LMB) — shift-clicking armor now correctly equips it into an empty armor slot instead of sending it to the inventory

World/server transition ghosting — items from a previous world or server no longer falsely turn into ghost slots upon joining a new one
