Forge 1.20.1 Backport, Falling Ghasts work slightly differently to the newer versions due to workarounds.

Main changes:
- Falling Ghasts have more noticeable gravity/trajectory
- Falling Ghasts do not produce smoke particles
- New gamerule "DoFallingGhastsGrief" added to disable block damage
