Fixed crash when run without JEI or a mod that simulates JEI such as TMRV
Fixed crash when a couple addons tried to register actors before Get Creative's startup config was loaded. It should now fail gracefully with a log warning, and those specific addons are set to load after Get Creative, pending a better solution.
