- added a flight ability based on the wanderer's skill for anemo vision users; sprinting consumes double points, "jumping" consumes triple
- flight ability lasts for 150 ticks without sprinting or ascending (7.5 seconds)
- both abilities have keybinds, high jump is toggleable
- added anemo keybind category
- added a flight hud bar to show remaining points/duration (kuugoryoku points)
- flight ability does not currently have a cooldown, a cooldown will be added soon
- ClientTickEvents.EndClientTick checkers have been modified to be faster, more resource-efficient, and more modular
- disabled previously implemented animations; they will be added back in a later update, probably with the masterless vision
