MoxLotus' Generate

Requires Forge 1.14.4-28.1.26 or newer for Minecraft 1.14.4.

The way config files are implemented by forge has changed significantly, as such I am now using regular txt files with a simple list of entries.

Lines that do not start with a number will be ignored.

Config files are world save specific: saves/WORLD/serverconfig/moxlotus/generate

Default values are generated each time a world is created.

Config file has been split into 3 separate files: cobblestone.txt, obsidian.txt, and stone.txt

Keep in mind that some block names have changed since 1.12; metadata is largely irrelevant now.

Other internal changes to accommodate plans for future updates.
