Gemstones
Adds new gemstones such as topaz, white topaz, blue topaz, pink diamonds, lonsdaliate and cut versions for each of them. Also adds a new fuctional block, and a new dimension for the new ores.

What's new
I have fixed the Compactor not working and also the Lab Station not showing up in the creative menu. I also changed refining topaz ore into topaz by smelting it to a new Refinery block that will turn it into all 3 topaz types. This is also how you can get pink diamonds by refining deepslate diamond ore. I added a new music disc and I plan on adding a use for pink diamonds and more gemstones in the future.
