What's new

- Added Salamander boss (Summoned with a line of 6 cobble with 3 centered crystal blocks)

- Added Collider (used to create Shards and Jet)

- Jet can be spawned using Jet Capsules (First one dropped by Salamander, once collider is crafted they can be made with one cauldron and a crystal block)
