Adds 4 new items to the game called:
1. gem frame
2. stone gem
3. iron gem
4. diamond gem
these gems can be used in a menu that enchants your items the menu can be opened using the (J) key on your keyboard
this mod also adds a new gamerule (AllowMultipuleEnchants) if set to true the player can apply the same enchant to a tool more than once
