Gear of the Ancients adds a Huge Selection of Randomly Generated Weapons which can be looted from creatures in your world.

Every weapon is given a Randomly Generated Color Pallet and run through the built in name generator to get it's unique name!

Each weapon can gain up to 4 Colored Ability Slots with abilities that can be leveled up to make them even more powerful using "Colored" Ability Fragments which can only drop when killing an enemy WITH an Ancient Weapon.

GREEN ABILITIES

Crit - Chance to cause additional damage when attacking
Counter - Chance to instantly strike back at your attacker
Butchering - Chance to cause animals to drop more resources on kill
Scavenger - Cutting Grass has a chance to find helpful items
Death Wish - Inflict more damage as you get low on health
Momentum - Attacking has a chance to increase your movement speed for a short time.
Bounding - Allows you to perform a "Sprinting Jump"
Gravity - Attacks have a chance to pull additional targets to your targets location
Shockwave - Attacks have a chance to unleash a Shockwave knocking all nearby targets in the direction you're facing
Sprinter - Sprinting is MUCH faster than normal

BLUE ABILITES

Flurry - Attacks have a chance to perform a powerful flurry attack on a random nearby target
Warding - Attacks have a chance to grant a short Absorb Buff on you
Venom - Attacks have a chance to poison your target and grants you poison immunity when equiped
Levitate - Attacks have a chance to cause your target to float into the air
Replenish - Standing in the rain will grant regeneration
Frostfire - Attacks have a chance to Slow and Burn your target
Freezing - Attacks have a chance to Slow your target
Firebrand - Attacks have a chance to Burn your target. Duration extended with Fire Aspect Enchantment
Water Breathing - Allows the user to breath under water
Night Vision - Allows the user to see in the Dark

GOLD ABILITIES

Spider Step - Crouching while facing a wall will cause you to climb it. Also instantly breaks Web Blocks when you get stuck in them
Ender Throw - Allows you to generate and throw an Ender Pearl on use.
Yo-Yo - Grants a 30 second speed buff on use. When the effect ends, you're instantly pulled back to where you started
Void Step - Falling into the Void will teleport you to safety
Nourish - Attacks have a chance to fill a small portion of your hunger bar
Healing - Attacks have a chance to heal you
Life Stealing - Attacks have a chance to heal you and do additional damage to your target
Escape Artist - Teleports you to the surface on use
Radiance - Attacks have a chance to place a "Healing" cloud at your feet which also damages Undead Enemies
Poison Cloud - Attacks have a chance to place a "Poison" cloud at your feet and grants you Poison Immunity
Poseidon's Call - Grants Dolphin's Grace when in the water

PURPLE ABILITIES

INDESTRUCTIBLE - Causes the weapon to not lose durability
DIRTY MIND - Rotten Flesh near the player will turn into Experience Orbs
PICK POCKET - Attacks have a chance to steal an Emerald from Humanoid Enemies
JUGGERNAUT - Allows you to sprint through blocks harvestable with either a Shovel or Pickaxe at the cost of durability.
BERSERK - Attacks Grant a stack of the Berserk Effect up to the Level of the Ability on the weapon. Each Stack increases Damage 1

As a bonus, I've included the Name Gen Item which will randomly generate names based on items in this mod.. for fun!

Use /gearoftheancients commands have also been added. (This command WILL NOT work in survival mode without cheats enabled!)
