Known Issues:

forming vault can cause visual inconsistencies in the items displayed when opening it

keycard breaks any blocks inside nether portal frames when forming a portal by interacting with an obsidian block you've previously created a portal on with the keycard

bulletin board has strange lighting inside an item frame.

bulletin board replaces a note created by one player who opened the bulletin board, by a note created by a second player who had simulatneously opened the bulletin board

bulletin board's logic for consuming ink and paper is a little broken, but not devastating since ink and paper are cheap resources.

replacing a vaultpartblock with air through commands (setblock or fill) doesn't break the vault
