-Re-added the long removed Market!

-Fix problem with Ars Magica where if Gany's Surface was installed you couldn't craft spells

-No more recipe conflict! When using Gany's Surface you can now scroll through possible results using 2 buttons that will show up under the vanilla crafting table, and Gany's Surface's Work Table's output slot

-Re-wrote (kinda) dislocators. They are slower but more reliable and server friendly
