I'm actively using this mod because I'm making a world generator on Minecraft 1.7.10 Forge. Sometimes you have to fly around the world yourself and control the process.
This mod helps you quickly look at the world through the blocks and fly around it at high speed, which can be adjusted with the mouse wheel.
The spectator mode is activated by the standard command: /gamemode spectator
