Initial release of Galaxy Safari.
- /safare sends the player to a timed safari and shows a countdown boss bar - Wild Pokémon spawn around a center set with /setspawnsafare - Legendaries, mythicals, Ultra Beasts, and Ditto do not spawn - TPA, home, back, spawn, and warp are blocked while inside - Leaving the area, dying, or running out of time ends the safari and returns the player to the exit - Entrance, exit, spawn center, time, cost, and spawn settings are configurable
