Fyr and all original content included with it, including but not limited to
source code, textures, models, sounds, writing, designs, and other assets,
are the property of Rhayzan unless otherwise stated.
PERMITTED USE
You may:
- Download and use Fyr for personal use.
- Include the official, unmodified version of Fyr in public or private
Minecraft modpacks.
- Create and distribute datapacks, resource packs, configurations, and
compatibility addons that interact with Fyr through systems intentionally
provided for this purpose.
- Create videos, livestreams, screenshots, reviews, guides, and other media
featuring Fyr.
RESTRICTIONS
You may not:
- Redistribute or re-upload Fyr as a standalone mod or download.
- Publish modified versions of Fyr.
- Publish forks, ports, or unofficial builds of Fyr without explicit
permission from Rhayzan.
- Copy, reuse, redistribute, or republish Fyr's source code, textures,
models, sounds, writing, or other original assets in another project
without explicit permission from Rhayzan.
- Claim Fyr or any part of Fyr as your own work.
- Sell Fyr or otherwise commercially redistribute the mod itself.
MODPACKS
Fyr may be included in Minecraft modpacks, including publicly distributed
modpacks, provided that the included Fyr mod file remains unmodified.
Modpack authors are free to provide their own configurations, datapacks,
resource packs, scripts, and compatibility content that interact with Fyr
through its intended extension systems.
This permission does not grant permission to redistribute Fyr separately
from a modpack.
THIRD-PARTY CONTENT
Fyr may depend on or interact with third-party software or libraries.
Such third-party content remains subject to its respective licenses and
is not covered by this license.
All rights not explicitly granted by this license are reserved by Rhayzan.
Where applicable law grants rights that cannot legally be restricted by
this license, those rights remain unaffected.
