- able to actually define xp per INPUT item, instead of the clumsy xp per output item of vanilla, allowing each smelting recipe its own separate xp value

- JEI compat (renders the correct smelted xp by input item instead of output item)
- CraftTweaker compat (handles furnace.remove and furnace.removeAll zenmethods)
- NetherCraft compat (Netherrack Furnace, as requested by CalaMariGold)
