Functional Fluids

First full release.

Did some testing; squashed some bugs. Significant visual improvements (lava fog, air particle locations, bucket textures).

It's now possible to "jump" in thick air. Can't remember if I'd already fixed this, but river of time now correctly doesn't push inanimate entities like item stacks.

Improved recipes. No more (dis)appearing buckets. Still no recipe for flood. This is more of a builder's utility - you can easily make a huge mess.
