Fullscreen Windowed (Borderless) for Minecraft

This is the backport of mod version 1.3.0b so it is compatible with 1.7.10. 

In this release, new advanced features have been added:

• Custom "fullscreen" dimensions: If you need the minecraft window to be a specific size or location, you can now put that in the configuration and the mod will honor the settings.
• Advanced features must be enabled in the configuration to take effect.

The following enhancements / bug fixes have also been done:

• On initial launch, the fullscreen monitor setting was being silently ignored in certain scenarios. This is no longer the case.
• Changed the way the mod deals with initial fullscreen to prevent GL context errors when using another mod that affects the loading screen.
• Only specify a minimum supported version, allowing the mod to be forwards compatible with new versions of Minecraft that do not have breaking changes.
